Most readers know that my primary weekly scheduling meetings are on Mondays. That’s true, unless Monday is a national holiday. Then, they’re on Tuesday, unless I spend all day with state and federal officials. Then, they’re on Wednesday. Like today.

I have been invited to the ribbon cuttings of three new projects:

Amy and Amrit Gill will unveil the (absolutely) completed Theresa School Lofts, 1517 Theresa, on September 15. Theresa School will be the first of the 48 local schools designed by W.B. Ittner to show off a completely new use.

The Downtown St. Louis Partnership will show off two new (nearly) completed projects on October 7. The Alexander Lofts, 1121 Locust, will be 8 loft condos and a 1st floor retail condo space. The Spool Thread Building, 1113 Locust, will be four floors of condo office space and first floor retail. The developer for both projects is New City Neighborhood Redevelopment, LLC.
