UPDATE: Investment in the City (as measured by the value of building permits) went up by 54% for the first four months of the current fiscal year. October was an especially good month. Among the big new projects are the University Village Apartments on Laclede, the Meridian on Washington Avenue, and the Moon Brothers Carriage Lofts on Delmar.
