This is a link to the draft of a document originally prepared at the request of the United States Conference of Mayors. The purpose of the Conference’s request — and of the City’s response to the request — was to help the new Obama Administration collect and quantify the local projects “ready to go now” as it calculates how best to help America’s cities maintain their infrastructure and economic development during the current downturn.

I’ll repeat some caveats I have made when talking about this list before. The document linked here is a snapshot of a draft of a work in progress, and the document itself is changing every day. The document does not rank the projects in any order; and does regard all the projects as equally urgent. The document was prepared with the cooperation of the City’s other elected officials, appointed officials, and businesses.
