Traffic flow on the region’s roads continues to flow well in both morning and evening rush hour due to the efforts of everyone in St. Louis. Today is the last daily briefing for traffic conditions. The next report will be issued Wednesday, January 23, providing a weekly summary of traffic.
“Thursday morning will be our first potential snow since the closure of I-64. MoDOT’s crews are prepared to handle the rain-snow mix that is forecasted,” said I-64 Project Director Lesley Hoffarth. “We strongly encourage motorists to leave plenty of extra time to get to work Thursday morning.”
MetroLink boardings are up nearly 5,000 each day compared to January last year. January 2007 averaged 71,305 boardings.
