From Lumiere Place:

Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts today announced they have reached an agreement to open a Four Seasons Hotel as part of Pinnacle's landmark Lumière Place entertainment district in downtown St. Louis. The Hotel will be owned by Pinnacle Entertainment, which owns the adjoining Lumière Place casino, and managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts under a long-term management agreement.

The 200-room contemporary hotel complements the city's renowned Gateway Arch, offering gracious elegance overlooking the Mississippi River. Rising from a vibrant downtown landscape, guests will enjoy unrivaled access to neighboring sports stadiums, area museums, the Arch, entertainment and the casino at Lumière Place-just steps away from the tranquility of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.

The Hotel features a "sky lobby" on the eighth floor that overlooks a lushly landscaped rooftop pool area with the city's best view of the Arch and skyline. Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis also includes Cielo, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining that takes advantage of the city's expansive views. The public space of both Four Seasons and Lumière Place features several million dollars' worth of original art commissioned or purchased to complement the facility.
