Lambert-St. Louis International Airport saw a surge in passenger traffic in November fueled with a strong Thanksgiving rush. 1-point-2 million passengers traveled through Lambert including an estimated 320,000 over an eight-day period around the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Lambert reported a six percent increase in boarding passengers over November 2006 giving the airport a sixth straight month of passenger growth over the same reporting periods in 2006. For 2007 YTD, Lambert is showing close to a two percent increase in boarding passengers (7.1 million); total passengers 2007 YTD is 14.2 million passengers.
