Per the Post-Dispatch:

St. Louis police are asking the public’s help in finding a vehicle that struck and killed a teenager earlier this month.

At 1 a.m. on May 5, Emily Starkloff, 19, was struck by a light colored, two-tone Jeep Grand Cherokee in the 4400 block of Forest Park Blvd.. The vehicle then fled the scene of the accident, going east on Forest Park.

Anyone who has knowledge of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been involved in an accident where it suffered front end damage is encouraged to contact the Central Patrol Detective Bureau at 444-2542 or CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS.
